Wrestlers. You must have a valid physical on file in the office. Please double-check with Tammy in the office


today. In order to practice, you must be cleared - all paperwork must be turned in, physical on file, and an ASB


sticker on your student ID card.




Yearbooks are on sale for $25.00.




Costa Rica Travelers:  Our first meeting of the year will be this Friday in Mrs. Marine's room, #15, starting at 2:30.


 This meeting is only for students traveling, not parents.  Please bring the registration form along with a check


for $200 made out to Ecoteach.  We are excited to once again be traveling with SMS students to Central America.

IT IS THAT TIME!  MATHCOUNTS officially starts this Thursday, October 26th.  All 7th and 8th grade students


interested in solving a variety of math problems outside of the confines of our normal math curriculum can


come to ROOM 26 at 2:30.  We meet for one solid hour solving a wide variety of fun, refreshing and exciting math


problems.  We enjoy popcorn and apple juice at every meeting to fuel our fun!  There is no cost for attending


MATHCOUNTS other than having a valid ASB card from SMS.  See you in room 26 for MATHCOUNTS this

Our Scholastic Book Fair is a reading event that provides the books kids want to read.  Please make plans to


come to our Book Fair.  Wednesday and Thursday are parent teacher conference days.  Remember, all


purchases benefit our school.  See you at the Book Fair!

Coats 4 Kids - SMS has a collection box in the hall by the Counseling center - drop off your

new or gently used coat, winter hats, scarves, gloves, mittens or boots before October 27th




SKI SWAP - Saturday November 11 from 9am to 2pm at the Bonner County Fairgrounds










DO NOT bring dogs or any pets into the gym area or school without permission.  Some of our students and


faculty are allergic to pet dander.  Please check with the Principal for any modifications to this policy.
